How to Show Recommended Products in Shopify Horizon Theme

Recommended products is a native Horizon section, using Shopify's built-in product recommendation logic — no app required for basic cross-selling.

Steps

1. In your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Themes and click Customize on Horizon.
2. Open a product page and click Add section (or check if it's already present as a default block near the bottom of the page).
3. Choose Recommended products (sometimes labeled "You may also like" or similar).
4. Set how many products to show.
5. Click Save.

This is one of Horizon's real advantages over older free themes — Dawn has no equivalent native section, so store owners on Dawn typically need an app for the same result.
