How to Enable Quick View and Quick Buy in Shopify Horizon Theme

Horizon supports both quick view (preview a product in a popup) and quick buy (add to cart straight from the grid) — two related but different shortcuts for collection pages.

Steps

  1. In your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Themes and click Customize on Horizon.
  2. Switch to a Collection template using the page picker.
  3. Select the Product grid section.
  4. Look for Quick view and Quick buy settings and turn on whichever fits your store — quick view suits products that need more context before buying, quick buy suits simple, no-variant products.
  5. Click Save.

Turning both on isn't necessary — most stores pick one, since showing two competing "shortcut" buttons per product card can clutter the grid.
