How to Enable the Slide-Out Cart Drawer in Shopify Horizon Theme

Horizon's cart drawer slides out from the side without a page reload — the default choice for stores that want shoppers to keep browsing after adding an item.

Steps

1. In your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Themes and click Customize on Horizon.
2. Click Theme settings, then Cart.
3. Under Cart type, choose Drawer.
4. Click Save.

If you'd rather shoppers land on a dedicated /cart page instead — useful if your cart needs more room for notes, shipping estimates, or upsells — switch this back to Page.
