How to Change the Color Scheme in Shopify Broadcast Theme

Broadcast's colors are controlled by reusable color schemes, not one-off settings per section — change a scheme once and every section using it updates together.

Steps

1. In your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Themes and click Customize on Broadcast.
2. Click Theme settings (the paintbrush icon) at the bottom of the left panel.
3. Select Colors.
4. Click into any scheme (Scheme 1, 2, 3...) to edit its background, text, button, and border colors.
5. Add a new scheme with Add scheme if you need an extra combination for a specific section.
6. Click Save.

Per-section overrides

Assign schemes to individual sections from that section's own settings (look for a Color scheme dropdown). Broadcast's five presets span very different categories — jewelry, food and drink, beauty, kids, and clothing — so it's worth starting from whichever preset's palette is closest to your own brand rather than building schemes from scratch.
