How to Add an FAQ Page in Shopify Empire Theme

Empire includes a dedicated FAQ page template with collapsible question-and-answer blocks, so you don't need a plain text page or an app for this.

Steps

  1. In your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Pages > Add page, and assign it the FAQ template if Empire offers one, or create the page and add the FAQ section within the theme editor.
  2. In your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Themes and click Customize on Empire, then open that page.
  3. Click Add block for each question, filling in the question as the block's heading and the answer as its body text.
  4. Group related questions under section headings if you have more than a handful — shipping, bulk pricing, and returns are common groupings for a large-catalog store.
  5. Click Save.

Keep answers short and scannable — an FAQ page is for quick reassurance, not a place to reproduce your full shipping policy in prose.
