How to Add a Contact Page in Shopify Warehouse Theme

Warehouse has a dedicated, customizable contact page template with a built-in form — a real native feature, useful for a catalog-heavy or B2B-leaning store where shoppers often have a question before ordering.

Steps

1. In your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Pages > Add page, and assign it the Contact template.
2. In your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Themes and click Customize on Warehouse, then open that page.
3. Adjust the section's settings — heading, intro text, and which form fields shoppers see (name, email, phone, message, and sometimes an order-number field).
4. Add any supporting blocks Warehouse offers for this template, like a map or store hours, if relevant to your business.
5. Click Save.

Form submissions go to the email address set under Settings > Notifications > Contact form recipient in your admin — there's nothing extra to configure on the form itself.
