How to Add a Contact Popup in Shopify Testament Theme

The contact popup is a distinctive Testament block — it opens a contact form in a modal, letting a shopper ask a question about the exact product they're currently viewing, without leaving the page or emailing you separately.

Steps

1. In your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Themes and click Customize on Testament.
2. Open a product page and select the Product information section.
3. Click Add block and choose Contact popup.
4. Set the button label and the message shown inside the popup.
5. Click Save.

Submissions go to the email address set under Settings > Notifications > Contact form recipient in your admin — worth checking this is actually the inbox someone monitors, since a product-page question implies a shopper close to buying.
