How to Add a Back-to-Top Button in Shopify Testament Theme

A back-to-top button is a small floating control that appears once a shopper scrolls down, letting them jump straight back to the header — a native Testament setting, useful given how deep Testament's section library lets a homepage or product page get.

Steps

  1. In your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Themes and click Customize on Testament.
  2. Click Theme settings, then look for a Back to top (or similarly named) setting.
  3. Turn it on.
  4. Click Save.

This is a small detail, but it matters more on long, feature-rich pages — "scroll all the way back up" is a real friction point without it.
