How to Add a Promo Popup in Shopify Prestige Theme

Promo popups are a native Prestige feature — a modal that appears on a delay, scroll depth, or exit-intent, commonly used for email capture or a sale announcement.

Steps

1. In your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Themes and click Customize on Prestige.
2. Click Add section and choose Promo popup (or Newsletter popup if that's the specific trigger you want).
3. Set the popup's image, heading, and text, plus any signup form or link it should include.
4. Configure the trigger — a time delay, scroll depth, or exit intent, depending on what's offered for that section.
5. Set how often it reappears for the same visitor (once per session is the common default).
6. Click Save.

For a premium brand, a popup that offers something genuinely exclusive — early access, a private sale — reads better than a generic discount-code prompt.
