How to Add Dynamic Checkout Buttons in Shopify Prestige Theme

Dynamic checkout buttons let a shopper skip the cart entirely and go straight into an accelerated checkout — Shop Pay, PayPal, or others you've enabled — right from the product page.

Steps

  1. In your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Payments and confirm which accelerated checkout methods (Shop Pay, PayPal, etc.) are active for your store — the theme can only show buttons for methods you've actually enabled.
  2. In your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Themes and click Customize on Prestige.
  3. Open a product page and select the Product information section.
  4. Find the Dynamic checkout buttons (or Show dynamic checkout button) setting and turn it on.
  5. Click Save.

Each button automatically shows the shopper's preferred or most recently used payment method's own branding and icon — Shopify controls that display, not the theme.
