How to Add and Reorder Sections on the Shopify Origin Homepage

Origin's homepage is built entirely from stackable sections, so rearranging your page is a drag-and-drop job, not a code change.

Steps

1. In your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Themes and click Customize on Origin.
2. Make sure the Home page template is selected in the page picker.
3. Click Add section at the point in the list where you want a new one, and choose from the available section types.
4. To reorder, grab the drag handle (the six dots) next to any section in the left-hand list and drag it up or down.
5. Click the trash icon next to a section to remove it.
6. Click Save.

Every section has its own settings panel — click a section's name in the list to expand its specific options.
